Wonderful weekend away at Tawharanui

We just enjoyed the most wonderful quick break in this gorgeous regional park just over an hour from home. Bar one other caravan we were the only ones camping which made for an even more special experience. We were however joined by many Pukeko and were delighted to see a very friendly fantail and a Tui!

We had a lovely lunch in Matakana on the way home and enjoyed a very quiet journey home after that!
