FABULOUS day exploring the Waitakere Ranges.

Mylo had heard about Pukematekeo lookout at school and had been excited to go so for our first day of sunshine in many days we embraced our gorgeous outdoors.

It was SO WINDY up there, we were scared we might blow away!

At the Arataki visitors center - don't look up Mylo! Too funny not to share!!

We took a last minute journey to check out this gorgeous part of the country and to consider somewhere other than Auckland to settle. We had an amazing time and loved loved loved it but for now, we are staying put.

"Ice" skating on plastic!

A local primary school was having a fundraising day and they brought in an iceskating rink made from recycled plastic! Genius! A very fun time despite Mummy's lack of co-ordination
