And Felix makes four!

Our gorgeous son was born at 6.25 am on 27th October and since then our world has been even brighter than before :-)

In many ways it is still hard to believe the transition from this:

to this!!

Our first day was spent getting to know each other in our birthing suite at West Middlesex Hospital.

Mummy and I were pretty sleepy so we got LOTS of time to rest and snuggle with each other. It was very special

I was 57cm long which suggests I will be pretty tall! My fingers and toes are also very long (and are so adorable that mummy and daddy have warned me that they may not be able to resist nibbling them!)

In case you can't tell from their faces, Mummy and Daddy were pretty darn chuffed at my arrival!

My birthday of course was a day of many firsts, it took Mummy and Daddy a wee while to remember how to handle someone as little as me but they got the hang of it again pretty quickly.

We were lucky enough to be in the birthing suite, these are two of our amazing midwives

We were so well looked after that Daddy decided to squeeze in some exercise ..........

Other than my arrival, perhaps the most exciting moment of the day was when I got to meet my big brother Mylo!

He was SO excited to meet me! I am not sure he could quite believe that I had finally arrived as he had been waiting for quite some time!

These are our precious first photo's as a new family of four.

The yellow toy in the corner is an Octopus that Mylo bought for me! Mummy explained that he read in a book about a little boy giving his new brother an octopus when he visited in hospital and so that is what he did <3

Mylo was SO gentle with me, I know we are going to have so much fun together.

Lesley was a HUGE help to Mummy and Daddy, she looked after Mylo while we were at hospital (and was on call for weeks beforehand!) and then came to the hospital with Mylo to meet me.

Mylo did a good job of explaining to Lesley where I came from!
